A Self-Service Solution for Built Offsite

Built Offsite Ltd is a rapidly growing company, specialising in the design and manufacturing of temporary and permanent modular buildings. Founded by Richard Pierce and 9 family members; Built Offsite provides buildings for education and training including mobile classrooms, creches, nurseries and afterschool clubs. They provide buildings for student bedrooms offering temporary student accommodation or permanent bedroom complexes.

They also offer buildings for healthcare; including permanent or decant healthcare facilities for use as doctors surgeries, walk-in centres and hospital wards.  Built Offsite prides itself in its approachability, quality and attention to detail, with every customer being valued and getting a complete service the whole way through their project. 


Built Offsite approached us midway through 2010 as they were sending out emails from their own system, which was crippling their email supply.  They wanted to have access to a robust self-service system, with a provider who understood their requirements and who was easy to work with.  

They wanted to use a cost effective self-service system, to contact schools, universities and hospitals to offer flexible and affordable solutions, in the light of current building and funding shortages.  Their campaigns are sent from their desktop, with the aim of improving brand awareness and product awareness and generating leads for their sales teams.   

Extravision designed a series of editable HTML templates, which work well across all email clients and which Built Offsite can easily update themselves using the WYSIWYG editor.  


Built Offsite now regularly send 2-3 campaigns a month, combining a mixture of visual HTML and plain text personalised emails, with the objective of generating requests for direct quotations, which they regularly receive as a direct result.
