Point to Point recently carried out a brand re-design and had invested in a new website.
They had a high profile event scheduled at London’s Tower 42 venue and decided a new email template was necessary to promote and secure event registrations.
An email template was created based on the new branding and website with an online booking form embedded to capture event registrations, plus a widget enabling the event details to automatically be added to Outlook calendars included.
This initial email invite was sent to a targeted list of IT decision makers and followed up with a series of reminder emails over the month leading up to the event.
A minimum of 50-60 registrations were required for the event. The large number of bookings received meant they had to expand room capacity when over 100 bookings were made.
The success of the event secured Point to Point a total of six additional business meetings.
