We were commissioned by NorthgateArinso Reward Solutions to create a digital solution to provide a more efficient way to manage the launch and implementation of annual flexible benefits schemes for their clients.
We created a range of engaging e-shots and MyChoice, a graphical and informative 12 page microsite that was easy to configure for any NorthgateArinso Reward Solutions client needing to promote and launch a differing range of flexible benefits. It was designed specifically as a white label solution for Northgate Arinso Reward Solutions, to be easily re-branded, in line with client requirements.
The e-shot campaign was carefully planned for delivery on specific dates and times, in advance of a 3 week annual benefits enrolment period. These e-shots were designed to be short, punchy, graphical and colourful, focussing on the provision of “teaser” information about the flexible benefits scheme. Full real time tracking and comprehensive reporting on each e-shot and microsite page was implemented, with access to graphical reports made available.
Our online reporting tool provided detailed statistics on how many people read each e-shot, re-visited each e-shot, the number of clicks through to various pages of the microsite and choices made. This functionality enables HR to access insight into employee interests and to link with economic trends.
The online communications solution has added real value to NorthgateArinso Reward Solutions flexible benefits offering, as they are now seen as a “one stop” leading provider, able to market the new service to current and prospective clients. As well as adding to NorthgateArinso’s portfolio to help business growth, the solution has also improved client satisfaction rates and encouraged longer term client relationships.
Extravision delivered a digital marketing campaign to meet all objectives set by NorthgateArinso Reward Solutions. Through careful understanding of the importance of fully engaging with employees with a series of informative, timely e-shots, supported by an easy to access microsite, Extravision provided NorthgateArinso Reward Solutions with a communications solution to further enhance their reputation as a leading flexible benefits provider.
