Sometimes we all forget to do things like taking your wallet out of your trousers before washing them, or picking up your pass before heading into work on a Monday.
These things needn't be a total disaster, and so neither should be forgetting to set-up some minor detail of your campaign in Messenger.
The most recent update to Messenger aims to give you a helping hand.
In the past when you tried to send a campaign and accidentally forgot to set-up some part of the campaign you'd get a message. But the message looked almost the same as the 'campaign sent' message and wasn't clear about what might be missing or where to go in Messenger to fix it.
Now what happens is that we double check everything for you before you get started submitting the campaign for sending, and let you know up front what you may have forgotten. We also give you a link that will take you to the page where you can enter the missing information or adjust the setting.
We can't help you remember to take your passport with you when you go on holiday, but by helping you to fix things when you do forget you can crack on with your day faster.
