Caudex was struggling to get a proven return on their marketing efforts. They sell email filtering solutions so they had always considered promoting this solution via email inappropriate.
Any potential client would see spam as a problem to their business so by definition would despise unsolicited and badly targeted emails. It was imperative that any communication was targeted, personalised and seen to be specifically sent to each individual rather than a mass emailing.
Using our lead generation techniques we were able to build and distribute an email campaign that reassured recipients that the email they received was of specific relevance to them. With a total response rate of over 16% this campaign delivered 720 sales.
