We realise that when clients are running their own email campaigns it is essential for them to have confidence both in what they are doing and in the technology delivering their emails. Pressing the ‘submit’ button can be a lonely task if you are not confident in what you are doing.

For this reason we encourage our clients to call us at any point during the building and delivery stages of their campaign. Furthermore we will happily provide clients with direct phone numbers to multiple members of the support team so they are confident they will get straight through to the right person.

training

As soon as you open your account with us, you will have access to the entire
extravision solution, and to help you get up-and-running fast, your account manager will be virtually at your side using our web-conferencing software to talk you through creating your first campaign.

We have a training programme that is specifically designed to get new users of
evmessenger conversant with the technology rapidly so as to be able to handle
campaigns autonomously.

We also run training courses specifically for experienced users who want to save time in producing their campaigns and make the best possible use of our solution to increase their campaign response rates.
