Our bespoke e-cards start from £500 + vat (depending on the level of work involved). This includes:

• Sending to up to 3000 recipients
• A personalised greeting to each of your recipients, using the data you provide
• A link to your website
• Sending from the relevant contacts in your organisation
• Complete tracking so you can see who has viewed your e-card

Follow the steps below to create your own bespoke e-card, then simply complete our order form, drop us an email at christmas@extravision.com or call 0161 817 2929

Step 1

Draft an outline brief of your storyboard ideas, or show us some sample images of how you envisage your bespoke e-card design will look. We're happy to help with some creative marketing ideas, if you are struggling to bring an idea to life! 

Step 2

Once we have agreed a final brief with you, we will get cracking with bringing your design to life. As soon as we have a design draft to show you, we will send it to you for approval. Once the design is approved, we are ready to go.

Step 3

Things we will need from you:

• Your personal greeting/message
• The name of the individual(s) in your organisation that you would like your e-card to come from
• Your company logo and website link
• Your email data in Excel format
• The date you would like your e-card to be sent  

Step 4

Once we have everything we need, we will prepare your bespoke e-card and send you a test message to be approved. Your e-card will then be scheduled to go out on your chosen date. Once it has been sent, we will give you access to our on-line reporting facility so you can see who opened your e-card.
