For years we have provided pre-populated web forms and surveys for our clients and hopefully we will continue to do so for many more. However to make online forms and surveys even more accessible for clients we have now introduced a form building wizard that enables any user (regardless of technical capabilities) to build and manage their own online forms and surveys.
The forms are easy to build and can include as many or few fields as required. Once created enabling pre-population is simple and the results are automatically reported back to evreports for as long as the form is online. Everything is built and hosted on our servers but at any point you can download the form to you machine to edit the design.
