evreports has been developed to provide comprehensive on-line tracking for the email campaigns you create in evmessenger. It provides real-time tracking showing all the basic statistics you would expect from an email tracking solution as well as the following :
opens and clickthroughs
It’s the statistic that marketers have always wanted to see: who is reading your company’s communications? At a very basic level you can see the percentage of people who opened the mail. You can also see who these people are and what time they opened the email. This, as with all of the information in the system, can then be downloaded to be imported into your CRM package, database or other software packages such as Microsoft Excel at the click of a button.
Having viewed the ‘opens’ you are then able to see what parts of the email they found the most interesting by examining the ‘click throughs’. If your email contains HTML links then, when you send your emails out, at the push of a button you can track who has clicked which of the links in your message and when.

As a piece of data this makes a great sales tool. For example if someone clicked on an article 'upgrading model 123' then a few days later you could send them an email detailing a special offer on model 123. This enables you to convert clicks to sales.
replies, bounces and unsubscribes
Email marketing and communication solutions should not only be able to send mails out but cope with the emails that come back. Many solutions offer ‘donotreply@’ addresses but at extravision we believe in encouraging people to reply to your email campaigns. The system forwards on the replies to your designated inbox in real time so that you can respond as soon as possible. A copy of them is also posted to evreports so that you can view, download and analyse them. We sort the bounces, autoreplies and unsubscribes as well for you and they can also be viewed in evreports. We also keep a record of anyone who ever unsubscribes from your campaigns and this list is checked automatically before you send a mail with any unsubscribes removed at source.
reporting - custom requirements
Our standard reports cover most requirements, however, often clients have a specific requirement for non-standard reports, which can be accommodated quickly and easily. These have included:
- Auditable delivery reports where the circulation of a newsletter needs to be audited by an external third party. In this case we send the reports to the auditing agency automatically either weekly or monthly
- Seminar registration reports - used for printing badges and registration packs etc.
- Graphical reports, for example which was the most popular article in your newsletter and which was the least popular.
