We realise that when clients are running their own email campaigns, it is essential for them to have confidence both in what they are doing and in the technology delivering their emails. Pressing the ‘submit’ button can be a lonely task if you are not confident in what you are doing.

For this reason we encourage our clients to call us at any point during the building and delivery stages of their campaign. Furthermore, we will happily provide clients with direct phone numbers to multiple members of the support team, so that they are confident they will get straight through to the right person.

We are happy to offer advice and support to clients and non-clients alike … please just email us with your question and we will try and help. We obviously don’t charge for this, but also can’t always promise a same day response.
