Our Customer Care Guarantee
Extravision is committed to developing long term customer relationships and so we pride ourselves on providing a level of support not found with other email service providers. Customer care is not just an afterthought for Extravision, it's at the heart of everything we do.
Therefore, we offer all our customers the Extravision Customer Care Guarantee, which comprises 7 simple promises.
1. Respond to all technical support queries immediately; normally within a few minutes, always within the hour.
2. Be fair and open in all our dealings.
3. Take responsibility, if we make a mistake we’ll tell you.
4. Maintain our level of support throughout the relationship, not letting standards slip once you have signed up.
5. Put you first. If there is a problem delaying your campaign, we’ll drop everything to address and fix the problem.
6. Be available. Our normal support hours are 8.30am–5.30pm, but if you need help out of hours, let us know in advance and we’ll make sure we are available.
7. Go that extra mile. Often the queries we receive are generic HTML queries, not specific to the Extravision system. We’re happy to help at no extra charge, assuming it isn’t too much extra work!
