Promoting a 5 star event to Senior IT contacts
Ironport approached us about promoting an event to Senior IT contacts centred around email security and the challenge of protecting your email from ever evolving security threats. The event was to be hosted at a 5 star London hotel and was to be followed by Pimms and Strawberries on the London Eye.
Our client had booked out a large conference room at the hotel and had also booked 4 pods on the London Eye. They needed 125 registrations so that on the day, after drop outs, they would still have around 100 people.
After a series of campaigns including an initial invite and personalised follow up, we secured 234 registrations resulting in just less than 200 people on the day. They filled their London Eye pods twice over. The popularity of the event gave us great kudos and plenty of red hot leads
